MDS TransNET 900 PLC RADIO-MODEM, Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum Transceiver(serial RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 radio-modem), flexible, high speed, compact license-free wireless solution. The MDS TransNET utilizes FHSS (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) in the ISM Band of 902 – 928 MHz to provide reliable long range data transportation at up to 115.2 kbps and up to 30 miles (more in repeater mode), 1 Watt Power output. The TransNET provides transparent data communications for nearly all SCADA/Telemetry and EFM protocols including MODBUS. Ideal for Allen-Bradley (RS-232/DF1 & Modbus) and Siemens Simatic S7-200 and S7-300 (PPI & Modbus) PLCs.
